Key Agreements

While every business is different, we typically counsel that a new or growing business needs only limited formative documents. Beyond elemental formation documents (a robust operating agreement in the case of an LLC, or shareholder agreements, etc., for a corporation), companies should have access to non-disclosure agreements and ensure air tight employment agreements and third party agreements that protect competition, prevent diversion of customers, employees, intellectual property and business trade secrets, and fairly assign risk.
