Juanita Solis

Juanita Solis is an attorney in the firm’s Palm Beach Gardens office, where she leads the firm’s Wills, Trust & Estates Planning practice, serves as a key member of our litigation team, and assists in handling matters related to all aspects of business.

Juanita began her legal career with The Markarian Group after earning her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. Her life is an American success story. She immigrated to the U.S. at age 9, knowing even then, that she wanted to dedicate her life to the law. She attended a Legal “Magnet” Middle School, received a scholarship to attend High School at the Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Syracuse University, cum laude, in New York, before returning home to practice law.

During law school at the University of Miami, Juanita served as Senior Articles Editor of the University of Miami Race & Social Justice Law Review, where she authored among other research “Monumental Undertaking – Tackling Vestiges of the Confederacy in the Florida Landscape.” Juanita also represented clients before USCIS and the Immigration Court as a student attorney with the University of Miami Immigration Clinic and through her clerkship with one of Miami’s most prestigious boutique immigration law firms. In addition to graduating cum laude, Juanita earned a spot on the Dean’s List and was awarded the Dean’s Achievement Award in Emotional Intelligence.

Juanita is a native of Bogota, Colombia and is fluent in Spanish. She is a proud member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar Association, and the Hispanic National Bar Association. In her spare time, Juanita enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.
